Responsibilities & Duties:
We are hiring a full-time AI Automation Architect & Engineer, onsite in India, to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of advanced automation systems across every major area of the business, including:
- Sales
- Lead Generation
- Fulfillment
- Reporting
- Business Operations
- Accounting
- Development Workflows
This role is both strategic and technical — you’ll build systems that help us scale operations, drive more leads for clients, and deliver consistent results with greater efficiency. You’ll also train and mentor the dev team, helping integrate AI and automation throughout our agency stack.
Job Requirements:
1. Automation Architecture & Engineering
- Sales: inbound qualification, missed-call flows, CRM routing, follow-ups
- Lead Generation: scraping → enrichment → outbound → AI follow-up
- Fulfillment: onboarding workflows, checklist triggers, client notifications
- Reporting: live dashboards (Looker Studio), campaign performance emails
- Business Operations: time tracking, status updates, internal SLAs
- Accounting: invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, recurring billing logic
- Development Support: task generation, code review triggers, deployment automation
2. AI & No-Code Integration
- Use tools like OpenAI/GPT-4, Zapier, n8n, Make to implement smart workflows
- Build prompt chains and AI utilities for communication, content, and internal tasks
3. Lead Intelligence & Prospect Automation
- Phantombuster and Apify for scraping
- Clay, Wappalyzer, BuiltWith for enrichment and filters
- Amplemarket + GHL for prospecting and smart sequences
4. Data Reporting & Client Visibility
- Automate Google Sheets reporting
- Connect campaign data to Looker Studio dashboards
- Ensure uptime, accuracy, and cross-department delivery
5. Documentation & Training
- Train devs on automation and prompt engineering
- Deliver SOPs, diagrams, reusable assets
- Help scale workflows across teams
6. Automation Infrastructure Architecture
- Experience building modular, scalable automation systems
- Knowledge of naming/versioning, error handling, testing, logging
- Build reusable automation libraries for junior devs
7. DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge
- Understanding of Git, version control
- Familiar with staging, deployment, monitoring
- Apply DevOps mindset to workflows
8. Security, Privacy & Compliance
- Secure data handling and access control
- Implement API safeguards, audit logs, retries, fallbacks
- Build with client/regulatory data safety in mind
9. Process Mapping & Collaboration
- Participate in discovery meetings
- Create flowcharts, decision trees, process maps
- Strong communication across teams
10. Training & Change Enablement
- Lead workshops and create SOPs
- Build training playbooks
- Mentor junior automation team
11. Deep AI Systems Knowledge
- Advanced prompt engineering with OpenAI, Claude, etc.
- Understanding of token limits, context windows, memory, chaining
- Decide between AI vs. logic-based workflows
- Build AI microtools and assistant-style flows
